Mason needed a better view of the Teletubbies!

Inspiration

So I have been inspired by our friend Heather's post. She has been posting updates every few months on Owen's milestones. I think this sounds fun! Hopefully she doesn't mind if I copy her;-)Here it goes.

Mason is 14 months old....

*Weighs 23lbs.

*He likes to eat hot dogs, macaroni & cheese, carrots, cheese, french toast, peaches, yogurt, hamburgers, french fries, pears, doughnuts(Dad's fault!), fruit leather, frozen fruit in the mesh feeder, apples, applesauce, chocolate shakes(Dad again), grits, cereal and he LOVES oranges.

*He walks very well despite the fact that he is a little pigeon toed :-)

*He thinks he can jump, but can't quite get his feet off the ground

*Wears size 12 months in pants but needs 18 months in length

*Is about to grow out of his size 5 converse 

*Loves to play in the tent, tries to ride every toy that has wheels, climbs on everything, just beginning to color(still eats the crayons sometimes!), likes to hide toys inside of the trash can, and he really likes to play with the Montessori projects at Jill's! ;-)

*Gives really good hugs(Dad calls them squishes) and kisses

*Absolutely LOVES playing with the "dogoos" (Dogs)

*Talks constantly! He can say Momma, Dadda, Iggy, dog, tree, eye, moo, choo-choo, that, santa, uh-oh, apple, up, juice, grits, Mmmm, night-night, woof. Also a lot of babbling.

*Just beginning to watch TV. We don't watch a whole lot but he has some favorites thanks to his buddy Maddie! Teletubbies, wordworld, go Diege go.

*Does not like to be left alone in a room(except his room)

*LOVES to push the buttons on the cable box and ignores my attempts to stop him.

*Can point to his ears, eyes, hair, bellybutton, teeth

*Can shake his head yes and no(thankfully he has not learned to say no yet!)

*Dances to the most random commercials on TV

*Can climb our SUPER steep stairs in 10 seconds(even faster if I tell him no!)

*Sleeps from 7:30-7am

*Tells me it's time for night night by standing by the door to the bedroom

*Still takes 2 naps a day. About 3 hours total

Sorry.......

It has been so long since I posted! I apologize. I have been so busy with school starting again (I've also just been lazy :-p). I have taken a bunch of photos in the past few weeks and I thought the best way to show them would be a slideshow. The photos include....Our buddy Dylan's 2nd birthday, Lily and Mason playing in Pottery Barn, the cake that I made for our friend Leilani's 1st birthday, Mason enjoying his fist ring pop(and his new cheesy grin!), and finally a trip to Disneyland with Jill, Annie & Megan(Jill's fabulous sisters!!) and of course Maddie! We have had so much fun these past few weeks.

After a fabulous lunch the other day, my friends and I took a trip to Target to get a great deal on a easel and to do a little shopping. Anyway, Mason rode with his lady friends. Isn't Lilly's smile just too cute? We had a great day with our friends!

Hahahah!!!!!

I went out tonight with some friends for Monick's 22nd birthday. Jill didn't want to take this but I made her. Hahahah! LOL! I am sure that she will post the picture of me on her blog. Go check it out, I'm sure its funny! We had fun. Happy Birthday to Monick!
